Week 24 – Muy S. Bueno (£2.6m)

Our second double game week in a row for those sides still in the FA Cup, most of the big boys progressed in the Cup although as expected there was heavy rotation.

Some less familiar names in this weeks Team of the Week – star man goes to S. Bueno (£2.6m) who’s points haul matched his name 😆

A. Semenyo (£3.1m) makes his fifth appearance of the season in the Team of the Week and a familiar name from previous seasons finally makes his debut 😯 – M. Salah (£7.7m) finally turned up and notched 15 points, rewarding the 14% of gamers who kept the faith… or more likely set a team at the beginning of the year and have never touched it since?! 😆

A formation change is the big news this week in the Team of the Season ! Tipped in our previous recent blogs, Forward J. Pedro (£4.5m) has muscled his way into the side, displacing midfielder M. Rogers (£3.8m)

The only other team change sees R. Roefs (£2.6m) reclaim the top keeper spot from D. Raya (£4.4m). That position looks set to rotate regularly till the end of the season?!

The major talking point at time of writing is the fitness of Star Player of the Season – E. Haaland (£8.3m) :-

He’s currently rated at 50/50 for the weekend – 3% of brave?! gamers moved early and have already ditched him from their sides… !

M. Cucurella (£3.8m) and current Team of the Season member B. Guimaraes (£4.2m) are two other popular players with injuries, NB – Bruno is set to miss a couple of months with his !

So, looking ahead to the fixtures we have another Partial Double Game Week for Arsenal and Wolves only:-

And keep in mind a double game week for all FA Cup fifth round participants in week 27.

We’ll leave you with some less familiar/obvious names who appear to be coming into form:-

Firstly the Chelsea attacking trio of J. Pedro (£4.5m), P. Neto (£3.9m) who is very much flying under the radar and is only 7 points behind Pedro ! – and a firm favourite from previous years, C. Palmer (£6.2m) who’s season now appears to be firmly back on track (handy for England this summer!)

Another striker who has picked up of late is V. Gyokeres (£5.7m) of Arsenal.

Finally, two relatively cheap midfield enablers to consider are C. Summerville (£3.9m) of West Ham (look at that 6 week consistency !!) and S. Tonali (£3.9m) of Newcastle.
