Week 27 – Wow Pedro !
A partial double game week with FA Cup 5th round ties at the weekend meant plenty of point scoring opportunities were on offer, at least for players from FA Cup participating sides who weren’t rested !
Our player of the week, J. Pedro (£4.5m) was such a player, he followed up his midweek hat-rick and assist by coming off the bench in Chelsea’s weekend cup game at Wrexham to score again – a whopping four goal haul and the second highest weekly score of the season – 25 points ! 👏

J. Bowen (£5.5m) notched 2 goals and an assist in West Ham’s double game-week and this has moved him into the Team of the Season. D. Raya’s (£4.4m) clean sheet and an injury to R. Roefs (£2.6m) has led to Raya reclaiming the top keeper slot.
These changes, alongside a number of injuries :-

has meant creating an Affordable and Available Team of the Season more tricky this week :-

To squeeze 11 players into the £50 mil budget (and not include any ruled out injured players such as Roefs) we’ve had to drop down to D. Henderson (£3.1m) in goal and H. Wilson (£2.9m) in midfield to fit in the more expensive but, on fire, J. Bowen (£5.5m).
With West Ham fighting for Premier League survival and through to face Leeds at home in the quarter finals of the Cup, Bowen is certainly one to consider bringing into your side…?

Other players on form (aside from the obvious and now most owned (66%) player in the game, A. Semenyo (£3.1m) include :-

the aforementioned and Star Player of the Week, J. Pedro (£4.5m) who tops the form list on all three matrices above, at just £4.5m and with Chelsea’s favourable run of fixtures, Pedro is pretty much a must have player in your side we’d suggest.
Less obvious form suggestions include S. Tonali (£3.9m) who is rumoured to be a top transfer target this summer of Europe’s elite sides…
J. Gomes (£3.1m) is pushing Wolves’ last gasp attempt at Premier League survival and after an injury ravaged start to his City career, Gomes’ former teammate, R. Alt-Nouri (£4.1m) is beginning to justify his summer big money move to City.
Finally, two Liverpool players on form, A. Mac Allister (£4.4m) and, blast from last season past, M. Salah (£7.7m) – perhaps a final swansong from Mo before he departs to the Middle East in the summer….?!
